At the arrival I will offer you cofee break, and I will give you a lab coat for the access to the production area. I’ll bring you along a complete tour to discover all the steps of Parmigiano Reggiano’s production. We’ll see where the animals are bred and where the milk is mould. We’ll go into the cheese factory during milk processing and we'll witness in cooking and making cheese wheels. We’ll see then the process of salting and maturing up to enter the huge “caveau”, where thousands of cheeses wheels are guarded and laid out in long rows in the silent maturation rooms and where the scent of cheese will smell so nice and exciting that we won’t be able to resist till the final tasting of cheese and local typical products. Together we will discover the Prosecco Hills... beautiful places of my childhood, where I used to run freely around the vineyards! In the morning, with me and my husband, we will visit a winery located in an area with a beautiful scenery, where we will learn all the secrets of Prosecco wine making and taste some glasses of this famous sparkling wine! We will then visit a local Osteria lost in the middle of the hills, and will have an aperitivo in front of the vineyards, while listening to the delightful singing of the birds! We will meet my family, while enjoying a typical lunch in our family owned osteria, where traditional dishes are prepared using our grandma's recipes, and where the typical "spiedo" meat cooks slowly near the fire! All desserts are home made by my brother and are really a sweet end of a delicious 4 courses meal! We will visit a second winery, where we will meet friends that run a very high quality DOCG Prosecco winery and produce wines using ancient types of vines and lots of passion! Finally, in summer time only (Apr to Oct), there could be the possibility of enjoying a unique picnic experience in a stunning area in the middle of the vineyards.

My guests will enjoy one of the best views of the hillside in Cinque Terre, enjoy local specialties and listen to my Bach played live on the piano. The focus of this year, 2023, will be J. S. Bach's Goldberg Variations and Six Partitas. I will welcome my guests into my property, inside the Cinque Terre National Park, where they will visit a young vineyard, learn about the building techniques of the old dry stone walls that are peculiar to this area and hear some historical background of what makes our area so unique. Afterwards, they will enjoy a full lunch or dinner, a selection of wines and my homemade lemon liqueurs while enjoying classical piano music played live. I provide transportation for a maximum of 10 guests per session, from Riomaggiore and back, at my expense. The whole event will take place outdoors, on my terrace above the vines. If the weather does not allow for an enjoyable outdoor setting the event will be cancelled and our guests entirely reimbursed. Immerse yourself in the Tuscan countryside with 3 different experiences! We will meet in Florence, an authorized driver will take you to our farm in just 35 minutes. What will we do? 1 - Walk among country fields, ancient olive trees and vineyards, enjoy the landscape, the plants, the explanation of our history, an occasion to take photos in the suggestive setting.
Maybe you will meet our funny domesticated pig! In September taste the grapes! 2 - Visit the cellar and taste 5 organic Tuscan wines: white & red, aged directly from the barrel, and "vin santo" a traditional sweet wine. Then you can taste olive oil, we will delight you with a short film about our mission. You have the opportunity to buy wines at cellar prices, or order them to ship. 3 The last part is dedicated to making fresh pasta, with Raffaella or Laura, they teach the secrets to make pasta like Spaghetti or Ravioli! The pasta will be mixed and cooked together with that of the others, it will not be possible to do individual cooking. Of course, we will eat them together at a long table as in an Italian family. From the meeting point we will drive shortly to the parking place; then we will reach the via ferrata by a walking approach. We will pick you up with our van from Firenze city center to take you to our ranch (approx. 30 min drive). Upon arrival one of our experienced guide will greet you and will start giving you some tips about riding our horses. No worries if you're a total beginner, we will take a few time making sure you get the basis before you meet your horse. Our horses are very friendly and calm and you'll have a few time for practicing before you go outside. When you're all ready to go your horseback riding tour in the countryside will start. The ride outside will least for about 1 hour in which you'll be surrounded by olive trees, vineyards, tipical Tuscan country houses and colored fields. During the ride there will be 2 experienced guides ready to assist you and reply to your questions. We will finish the horse tour in the beautiful olive grove of the Historical Villa called "Torre a Cona". After taking a few pics, we will help you getting off the horse and we will walk to the Villa. The Villa's staff will greet you and your tour will continue with a visit to the little museum of the villa and its wine cellars. The tour ends with a tasting of four Torre Cona wines and a plate of selected cheeses. After the wine tasting, we will drive you directly to Firenze (same place of the meeting point).

The experience starts with a 15/20 minute tour of our cellar in the hills of Lucca. Guests will be guided through the production stages and explained the procedure of our wine preparation. Depending on the time of year, you may even see our creation process in action! Afterwards, the real fun begins:D Guests will be accommodated on the terrace where they can taste our wines and olive oil (all included in the cost of the experience). Throughout your tasting, we will explain the organoleptic characteristics of the various wines and answer any questions you may have. The duration of the entire experience is around 1.5 hours. Tour a cavallo sulle colline gardesane è un’ escursione a cavallo della durata minima di un’ora. Una piacevole passeggiata a cavallo tra le colline del Lago di Garda, lungo sentieri e itinerari che si alternano tra boschi, vigneti e distese collinari. Per chi avesse poca esperienza, nessun problema, le nostre escursioni sono adatte a tutti. La guida vi aiuterà a montare in sella, e a prendere dimestichezza con il cavallo, poi non vi resterà che godervi lo spettacolo. Per chi sperimenta questa attività per la prima volta, introduciamo una mezz’ora aggiuntiva (obbligatoria) di messa in sella ( supplemento di 12 € ) che deve essere riservata con anticipo. Durante questo tour a cavallo potrete ammirare i paesaggi circostanti, godendovi la tranquillità di questa esperienza unica in compagnia dei nostri amici cavalli. Durante la passeggiata raggiungerete un punto panoramico con vista sul Lago di Garda. Per principianti è consigliata l'opzione da 1 h; per esperti è possibile richiedere l’esperienza di 2 h. Per i bambini sotto i 14 anni (età minima per partecipare) è proponiamo l’''esperienza in carrozza’’ in famiglia.

Si parte dall’azienda Gess Ranch, accompagnati dalla nostra Guida Equituristica e dai nostri cavalli esperti anche nel portare persone principianti. Le nostre passeggiate si articolano lungo gli innumerevoli percorsi naturalistici della zona. Le ore di passeggiata sono cumulabili, prenotando più sessioni vicine è possibile fare passeggiate di più ore. La passeggiata di 1ora è adatta a tutti e consiste in un giro attorno alle proprietà di Palazzo de’ Rossi, mentre per chi ha un po’ più di esperienza suggeriamo le 2ore per immergersi maggiormente nella natura!
